Joyce Schmeeckle, PhD

Joyce Schmeeckle is President of Schmeeckle Research Inc., which she established in 2002. Dr. Schmeeckle received her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2000. She combines previous experience in the business world with her academic knowledge to create a pragmatic approach to evaluation for organizations. Dr. Schmeeckle's ability to understand the context in which agencies and programs function, combined with her inter-personal skills, leads to long term clients with effective program evaluation studies.

 

Mindy Anderson-Knott, M.A.

Mindy Anderson-Knott is a certified evaluator with over 15 years of experience collaborating with a variety of clients in government, higher education, and non-profit agencies. As a critical friend, she works with clients to provide services that are useful in assessing outcomes, and also in guiding and improving programming. She conducts evaluation research utilizing her skills in research design, quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and reporting. Mindy has a Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Certificate of Evaluation Practice from George Washington University. She currently serves on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Institutional Review Board, the Nebraska Substance Use Epidemiological Outcomes Executive Committee, and the Seward Public School District Wellness Committee.

 

 

Liz Gebhart-Morgan, MPA, MPH

Liz Gebhart-Morgan is an evaluator with more than a decade of experience working with public health and homelessness programs. She often utilizes a mixed-methods approach, blending quantitative and quantitative data to better understand what is working well and where there may be areas of improvement within programs or processes. Liz has a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Missouri. She currently serves on the board of directors for Fresh Start, a transitional housing program for women. 

 

 

Cole Boyle, MPH

Cole Boyle is an evaluator with 5+ years of experience working with academia, non-profits, foundations, and government agencies to monitor and evaluate public health programs. He has skills and experience in evaluation design, survey development, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting, and data visualization. Cole has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is a graduate of the Great Plains Leadership Institute.
